JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (March 8, 2024) -- Outgoing Commodore, Capt. David Cox is piped ashore following the change of command ceremony for Submarine Squadron 7 (CSS-7) at the historic submarine piers at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, March 8. During the ceremony, which was held on the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Topeka (SSN 754), Capt. Corey Poorman from Severna Park, Md. relieved Capt. Dave Cox, from Frisco, Texas, as CSS-7 commodore.
