Making good on a promise to deliver 21st-century commissary benefits to its customers, the Defense Commissary Agency opened its newest full-service grocery store at the Urlas community complex on Feb. 5, 2013. Members of the U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach were joined by Host Nation partners and friends as DCA opened its "greenest" commissary worldwide.
