U.S. Air Force Airmen configure the Tactical Operations Center-Light, or TOC-L, servers at Project Convergence Capstone 4 experimentation at Camp Pendleton, Calif., on Feb. 28, 2024. Project Convergence Capstone 4 (PC-C4) is a Joint and Multinational experiment. Capstone 4 will inform the integration of modernization capabilities and formations while experimenting with emerging concepts in a new generation concepts environment at multiple echelons and with Joint components and Multinational partners.
