Francesco Chiapetta, have a few words over coffee at the conclusion of the opening ceremony for the multinational exercise, Leading Edge 13, in the Armed Forces Officers Club in Abu Dhabi, Feb. 3, 2013. This Proliferation Security Initiative exercise is designed to provide partner nations and potential signatories focused workshops and seminars and enhance strategic decision making at the operational and strategic levels to encourage partnership, reinforce national interdiction processes and forge interdiction cooperation pathways.
