Spc. James Moses recites the oath of re-enlistment at a ceremony on the shore of the Persian Gulf, Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at the Kuwait Naval Base, Kuwait. Lt. Col James Groark, commander of the 191st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, administered the oath for Moses to remain a member of the Army Reserves for another six years.
