Aviation Structural Mechanic (Safety Equipment) Airman Gabriel Neri, originally from San Diego, and assigned to Naval Air Facility Misawa, takes a break from snow sculpting to pose with a Japanese woman. Neri, and the Navy Misawa snow team created a snow sculpture for the 64th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The team, from Naval Air Facility Misawa, created a sculpture on behalf of the base for the city's festival on northern Japan’s Hokkaido Island. This is the 30th year that the naval installation has sent a delegation of sailors to take part in the city's festival.
