    Petty Officer 1st Class Lecongie Wortherly, a boatswain mate from Coast Guard Station Mayport, conducts a radio communication with the station's watchstander on a 45-foot Response boat-medium in Atlantic Beach, Florida, on Jan. 31, 2024. The first unit Wortherly was assigned to was Coast Guard Station Ocean City. After that, he acquired his sea legs on the Coast Guard Cutter Harry Claiborne along with the Cutter Richard Snyder as a commissioning plank holder crewmember.
