PHILIPPINE SEA (Feb. 19, 2024) - Gas Turbine Systems Technician (Mechanical) 1st Class David Rosanes, from Gardena, California, relays information to watch standers during an engineering training aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) while underway in the Philippine Sea, Feb. 19.
