YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 21, 2024) — Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Sikosang Yobech receives a naturalization certificate during a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization ceremony from Lt. Jg. Ethan Katz, Legal Assistance Attorney for Region Legal Service Office Western Pacific, at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's (CFAY) Community Readiness Center. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
