SEA Tony Whitehead, senior enlisted advisor to the chief, National Guard Bureau, and Chief Warrant Officer Albert Boucher, Canadian army reserve sergeant major, met Feb. 5, 2024, at the Herbert R. Temple, Jr., Army National Guard Readiness Center, Arlington, Va, to discuss enlisted matters affecting their respective forces.
During the counterpart visit, the topics of similarities in recruiting and retention, suicide awareness, and diversity of the forces were discussed.
