Staff Sgt. Miguel A. Davalos, an instructor at the Ordnance Schoolhouse, takes a break from teaching his students, Fort Greg-Adams, Virginia, Dec. 7, 2019. Davalos is now a sergeant first class who works in the 8th Theater Sustainment Command’s current operations section on Fort Shafter, Hawaii, and constantly encourages his Soldiers to better themselves personally and professionally using higher education.
