U.S. Marine Corps Pfc. Sydney B. Bulloch graduates as the honor graduate for platoon 3004, India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina, Feb. 9, 2024. Bulloch earned this distinction by outperforming other recruits in his company during a series of training events design to test their basic Marine Corps skills. Bulloch, a native of Franklinton, Louisiana, enlisted with the help of Gunnery Sgt. Larry D.
