U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Aaron Hamm, an Awards Clerk with 2nd Medical Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force, a native of Clarksville, Tennessee, poses for a portrait on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Jan. 30, 2024. Each week, 2nd MLG recognizes one outstanding Marine or Sailor as the Warrior of the Week, that goes above and beyond in their duties and embodies the whole Marine concept. Hamm’s advice for future Corpsmen would be, “rise to the challenge” and to remember that “your hard work will not go unnoticed, you will get rewarded for your efforts.” As the Battalion Awards Clerk, Hamm facilitated the completion of 10 award packages and electronic service record updates. According to his leaders, Hamm has a stellar work ethic, demonstrates exemplary leadership, and has proven to be an invaluable asset at every level of 2d Medical Battalion.
