Kavon "Hak" Hakimzadeh, director, Joint/Fleet Operations, USFFC, receive a brief during MAKO Challenge 24, an operational level of warfare (OLW) exercise within a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) scenario, Jan. 20 at the Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC) in Norfolk, Virginia.
