240128-N-CD319-1016 PHILIPPINE SEA (Jan. 28, 2024) Gunner's Mate 3rd Class Jeffrey Brinegar, from Hamilton, New Jersey, fires a shot line aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS William P. Lawrence (DDG 110) during a replenishment-at-sea with Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202). A shot line is used to connect two ships during replenishments. Lawrence is assigned to Carrier Strike Group ONE and deployed to U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
