Ernest Barner, a public affairs specialist at the Borden Institute, provided attendees of the Army Medicine Sergeants Major summit with information about the many medical books published by his institute. Over More than 170 68Z chief medical noncommissioned officers, 68Z, came together to discuss the U.S. Army’s shift from brigade-centric warfare to large-scale combat operations (LSCO), multi-domain operations (MDO), force modernization and the role of Army medicine enlisted professionals to better meet evolving role of Army Medicine within the Total Force.
