Blake Sajonia, a technology transfer professional with the Medical Research and Development Command’s Medical Technology Transfer office, describes how the MTT used its Assistive Technology Transfer process to help a solider with the Alaska National Guard to develop a prototype casualty evacuation litter that he had invented. This week the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology announced that the AT2 process is the recipient of a 2024 Technology Transfer Innovation Award.
