    13th Public Affairs Detachment

    Sgt. Maj. of the Army Kenneth O. Preston toured Iraq to speak with soldiers and view progress on the ground. He spoke with soldiers of 3rd Infantry Division, 4th Infantry Division and Multi-National Corps - Iraq on March 17 and 18.
