Senior Chief Yeoman (YNCS) Rebecca Dobar retired after 21 years of service and was recognized during a ceremony held at the National Naval Aviation Museum on 12 Jan, 2024. YNCS Dobar served as Administration Officer and National Inspection Team member during her time at the Navy Recruiting Orientation and was responsible for processing thousands of students and staff during their time at the schoolhouse.
