Col. Thomas A. McMahan, commander, 3rd Medical Command (Forward), speaks during the Transfer of Authority Ceremony Jan. 8, 2024, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Hill, commander, 348th Field Hospital, to the team. The 3rd Medical Command (Forward) provides comprehensive health service support throughout the theater.
