When Hangar 1 is complete, the F-35 complex will include three new aircraft maintenance hangars, a parking apron, flight simulator, weapons load training hangar, operations and maintenance headquarters, an auxiliary air ground equipment facility, fuel cell, maintenance squadron complex, logistics readiness squadron warehouse and corrosion control facility. Hangar 1 construction is expected to be complete in late 2025. All eleven Zone 1 facilities will be completed during 2026. (USAF Photo Courtesy AFCEC NDR division)
