A U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific Civil Affairs Team-Thailand Senior Advisor participates in a traditional hill tribe dance at Wat Ketkarm School, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand, during a donation ceremony Nov. 29, 2023. The donation project coordinated by the Civil Affairs team is dedicated to supplying essential school materials to include desktop computers to support the Ministry of Education’s initiative to enhance distance learning in school. U.S. Civil Affairs teams partner with communities around the world to increase stability, enable local governments, and improve quality of life for civilians.
