Staff Sgt. Jason Bond, a survey team noncommissioned officer with the 10th Civil Support Team (Weapons of Mass Destruction), Washington National Guard, directs two inaugural spectators at a pedestrian entry control point here, Jan. 21. Bond was a member of a team monitoring radiological measurements at the points of entry to the National Mall.
