A U.S. Soldier assigned to 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) helocasts from a CH-47 Chinook helicopter into the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Pensacola Beach, Florida Aug 10, 2023 during the Advanced Waterborne Infiltration Course (AWIC). Soldiers who successfully complete the grueling course will have the skills necessary to attain objectives ashore utilizing waterborne tactics to include swimming, rubber boat, and kayak operations.
