    U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Seth Corliss, operations chief, Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, aims downrange during an annual rifle qualification (ARQ) at a field exercise (FEX) in Fort Devens, Massachusetts, Dec. 7, 2023. The FEX allowed Reserve Marines to maintain readiness by executing several ARQs, a scout sniper indoctrination, a swim qualification and a tactical combat casualty care course.
