Hannah, Army and Air Force Exchange Europe and South/West Asia commander; and three wounded soldiers cut a cake during the official opening ceremony of the first-ever Wounded Heroes Service Center on Kleber Kaserne Jan. 16. The army and Air Force Exchange Service clothing sales facility caters specifically to wounded soldiers with, wheel chair access ramps and a streamlined process for receiving replacement uniform items.
