Capt. Maxine Ferland with 1st Canadian Division Headquarters participates as a first-time observer for Yama Sakura Exercise 85 Dec. 10, 2023, at Higashi-Chitose, Japan. “I am excited to be in Japan, for the opportunity to observe the Yama Sakura Exercise and learn from it to hopefully also participate in the future,” says Ferland.
