Marines from Company G, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1, look over part of a weapons cache that was found by the Marines and members of the Iraqi Civilian Watch outside of Subyhat, Iraq on March 13, 2008. Marines with Company G and members of (ICW) recovered approximately 4000 pounds of explosive materials along with hundreds of other munitions. RCT-1 is deployed with Multi National Force-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar Province of Iraq to develop Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
