Cpt. Timothy Cho, an Oakland, Calif., native, talks with a teacher from Taji following the ribbon-cutting ceremony of a new internet café, March 23. The internet café, located northwest of Baghdad, is part of a civic center which also has a store, a kitchen and a sewing center. Cho serves as the deputy U.S. Agency for International Development officer with the embedded Provincial Reconstruction Team – Baghdad 5, assigned to the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team "Warrior," 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
