Ramsey Jiddou (center), a Plymouth, Mich., native, and a local leader from Taji, cut the ribbon for the grand opening of a new internet café, March 23, in Taji, northwest of Baghdad. The internet café is part of a civic center, which also has a store, a kitchen and a sewing center. Jiddou serves as a bicultural and bilingual advisor with the embedded Provincial Reconstruction Team – Baghdad 5, assigned to the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team "Warrior," 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
