U.S. Army Soldiers with U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), celebrate after Team 2, made up of Soldiers from the G2, G8, 517th Geospatial Planning Cell, Engineers and Surgeon Cell, win the "best in fit" trophy after participating in the ugly sweater run on Caserma Del Din, Vicenza, Italy, Dec. 1, 2023. The purpose of the ugly sweater run is to boost morale for the Soldiers and bring Soldiers together for unit cohesion. SETAF-AF provides U.S. Africa Command and U.S. Army Europe & Africa a dedicated headquarters to synchronize Army activities in Africa and scalable crisis response options in Africa and Europe.
