Capt. David D. Carnal, commanding officer, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC), speaks with Marine Corps Col. Eric Penrod, future operations officer for Plans and Operations, Naval Supply Systems Command, and Marine Corps Col. Frank McClintick, branch head, Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps (HQMC), Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics, Assistant Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics (Logistics Division), Compliance Branch, during an HQMC visit to NAVSUP BSC, November 21. During the visit, NAVSUP BSC leadership provided a command overview and discussed data analytic capabilities with McClintick and Sam Perez, deputy of the Internal Control Compliance Section, HQMC, Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics, Assistant Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics (Logistics Division), Compliance Branch. NAVSUP BSC provides the Navy with information systems support through the design, development, and maintenance of systems in the functional areas of logistics, supply chain management, transportation, finance, and accounting and is one of 11 commands under Commander, NAVSUP.
