USAG Ansbach Command Team, Col. Aaron Dixon and Command Sgt. Maj. Christopher Carbone, and members of the garrison's Headquarters & Headquarters Company attended the German Volkstrauertag ceremony with local dignitaries in the city of Ansbach on 19 November 2023.
The Volkstrauertag ceremony occurs every year in mid-November, to commemorate the victims of war and their sacrifices, which should never be forgotten.
