    South Dakota Army National Guard soldiers Spc. Josh Gripentrog, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 1st Battalion, 147th Field Artillery, and Spc. Pence Upchurch, 211th Engineer Battalion, provide care to a simulated casualty while Mike Taylor, an instructor and contractor from the Regional Training Site Medical out of Fort McCoy, Wis., grades the two soldiers during a culminating event of a 48-hour course on Jan. 11, 2013, at the 2-196th Regiment (Regional Training Institute) in Sioux Falls, S.D.
