Under contract to the USACE Philadelphia District, the Norfolk Dredging Company’s pipeline dredge CHARLESTON performs maintenance dredging at the Port of Wilmington, Del. in December 2022. The Wilmington Harbor Project extends from the confluence of the Delaware River and the Christina River upstream, a length of about 10 miles.
