Isaac "Ike" Camacho, a former prisoner of war during the Vietnam War, during the commemoration of National POW/MIA Recognition Day Sept. 15. 2023, at Fort Bliss, Texas. This recognition day, instituted in 1979, honors both those service members who were captured and returned and those who are still missing.
