Riding in a Vietnam-era jeep, retired Command Sgt. Maj. and Army Reserve Ambassador Leon Caffie, is semi-protected from the rain during the Orlando Citrus Parade on December 29 in Orlando, Fla. Caffie was representing the Army Reserve from the state of Florida. ARAs develop awareness and advocacy with community leaders and are vitally important bridges to communities across the Nation.
