U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. David Bellon, commander of Marine Forces South, speaks to a Chilean delegation from the Cuerpo de InfanterÃa de Marina de Chile (Chilean Marine Corps) as part of a staff planner working group at Marine Corps Support Facility, New Orleans, Louisiana, Nov. 7, 2023. Staff planner working groups serve as a forum for maritime leaders to come together and discuss key opportunities and challenges in the operating environment, and to build and sustain partnership and relationships.
