In at-Taqaddum, Iraq, Navy Apprentice Cheri Roscoe, constructionman, with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One Detachment at-Taqaddum, from Cleveland, Ohio, cuts the ceremonial cake with Navy Chief Edward Guerra, utilitiesman, with NMCB-1, from Gulfport, Miss. It was the 66th birthday of the Seabees, which was founded one month after the Pearl Harbor attacks.
