The Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Philippine Sea (CG 58) transits the Suez Canal, Nov. 4. Philippine Sea is attached to the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group (IKECSG), an integrated combat weapons system ready to respond to a range of contingencies in support of national security priorities.
