As part of the Yakima Training Center's ongoing PFAS remedial investigation, an Army contract team took soil samples in October 2023 in several areas of Yakima Training Center, Washington. The samples were taken at different locations and depths on the Installation using a hollow-stem auger. The samples will be used to gather additional data on PFAS presence in soils.
