Smallwood is a native of Jenks, Ok. and attends Jenks High School. Thomas is a native of Miami and attends Miami Central High School. The Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl will be nationally televised on the NFL Network from The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif., at 6 p.m. Jan 4, 2013.
