Brig. Gen. James Campbell hands the Maine Army National Guard patch to Cpl. Nikola Draca during the Adjutant General's first official visit to Montenegro, December 12. Draca is part of the Montenegrin Navy Special Operations Team, a group Campbell hopes to with in the coming year as the two countries continue to develop their state partnership program. Campbell, assumed the role of the adjutant general for the state of Maine in August of this year. He and his staff are working closely with the embassy to develop new initiatives including more joint training between Maine soldiers and Montenegrin soldiers. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
