231005-N-ML799-2670 SAN DIEGO (Oct. 5, 2023) – Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Aircraft Handling) Airman Ceu Biak, from Jacksonville, Florida, assigned to amphibious assault carrier USS Tripoli’s (LHA 7) soccer team, challenges an opponent for the ball during a Surface Line Week soccer playoff game versus USS Chafee (DDG 90), Oct. 5. Chafee won on penalty kicks (5-3) after the score was tied (2-2) at the end of regulation time. Tripoli is an America-class amphibious assault ship homeported in San Diego.
