Capt. Tara Mitchell, deployed to Kosovo with Task Force Medical, hands presents out Saturday, Dec. 22 to students from the villages of Kostanjevo and Izhanc, two of the poorest areas in Kosovo. The students were invited to spend a day with the soldiers at Camp Bondsteel where they toured the command center, hospital and aviation hangers. Col. Waymon B. Storey and Command Sgt.
