"I get a kick out of this," Michels said. "This tests the (chefs') ability to sell it to patrons. When you go to a restaurant, you know what you're getting. Here, you get to see the set up, you know who's cooking and I understand what I'm looking at. What these Marines are learning is phenomenal."
