    NORAD Tracks Santa volunteers answer emails from Santa trackers across the globe at the NORAD Tracks Santa Operations Center Dec. 24, 2012. Although calling on the phone is the traditional way of contacting NORAD Tracks Santa, volunteers also answered more than 7,000 emails from people looking for Santa.
