Pfc. Jacob Davenport, infantryman, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), visits the gravesite of his great-uncle, Col. (ret.) Talmadge N. Gilley, Jr., Dec. 17, in Arlington National Cemetery, Va. Gilley, Jr. served as a Tomb Sentinel from July 1957 until August 1958.
