Nacionales received a scholarship from JBLM Rainier ROCKS Inc., the newest chapter of a larger Army-wide organization originating back to 1974. Washington, D.C., ROCKS, Inc. is the largest professional military officers’ organization extending across all branches with worldwide membership.
