Vincent Tran, a maritime sensing chief with Marine Rotational Force-Southeast Asia, I Marine Expeditionary Force, holds a RQ-20 PUMA, a small, unmanned aircraft system, at a shore-based maritime sensing site for a simulated close air support activity during MRF-SEA 23, in Sorsogon, Luzon, Philippines, Oct. 9, 2023.
